With the beautiful influx of pregnant women in Walthamstow, I noticed an opportunity for those of you who are already fitness enthusiasts. Many runners, dancers, athletes or avid exercisers wanted something more inline with how they previously trained, to maintain their fitness levels and better ensure a faster recovery. Most prenatal classes are focused on slower, low impact exercises, so I wanted to offer something unique for those of you who love exercise and want something more to support you and your growing baby, so Pregnancy Exercise was born! This class is an excellent opportunity to empower pregnant women to realise how strong they are creating a life.
